How it works:
HEXAGONAL STEEL PEAKS
A laser-etched, stainless-steel hexagonal design forms a network of ridges that boost searing power.

NONSTICK VALLEYS
Protected between the hexagonal steel peaks are nonstick valleys containing our proprietary TerraBond™ ceramic nonstick coating, which is free from PTFE and forever chemicals, making cleanup a breeze.

Yields up to 6–7 cups of cooked rice from 2¼ cups (3 “go”) of dry rice.
Winged (hagama) design helps contain starchy boil-over. Spherical base promotes even water circulation for tender, fluffy rice.
Includes traditional 1 “go” (a “go” is equivalent to ¾ of a U.S. cup) measuring cup, the historic Japanese rice standard.

Seasoning

On medium-low heat, spread a teaspoon of oil inside the pan for 2-3 minutes. As you cook over time, the performance will enhance from natural re-seasoning.
