For those who prefer an elegant, timeless design, meet our bestselling, green pakkawood–handled, Japanese Damascus steel HexClad knives. Their look is the definition of style–as striking in a modern kitchen as a rustic one–and we cut no corners in making them. Think: 67 layers of Damascus steel. Twelve degree blade sharpness. Rockwell ratings of 60 or higher. The knives themselves boast ergonomically designed handles of green pakkawood, which is rather rare. We also treated the handles with anti-shrinking technology, for added durability. The magnetic walnut block will help protect blades and keep them sharp while conserving precious counter space. This essential knife set will speed your prep work and level up your cooking prowess.
What makes this your must-have knife block?
Magnetic Walnut Knife Block
Industrial-strength magnetized strips embedded in the wood hold your knives firmly in place so you can spend less time rummaging and more time slicing and dicing. This space-saving storage solution makes a functionally chic addition to any kitchen.
8" Chef's Knife
Meet your new go-to. Powerful and versatile, our chef’s knife features an astonishingly sharp cutting edge that tapers to a precision tip. With an ergonomic handle and ideal balance, you’ll slice through hard vegetables or finely trim proteins with ease.
8" Serrated Bread Knife
Our bread knife slices through crusts without crushing them and then glides through the delicate interior. The wide serrations provide grip and smooth cutting action, whether you’re slicing a day-old artisanal loaf or shaping a cake sponge right out of the oven.
7" Santoku Knife
A true triple-threat, our santoku knife makes easy work of chopping, dicing, and mincing. With a shorter blade than a chef’s knife, it’s ideal for fast, precision cuts. The wide face and sheepsfoot design (no point) also make it great for scooping ingredients.
5" Utility Knife
Our utility knife puts an incredibly sharp edge in a smaller and extremely convenient form factor. Whether you’re slicing proteins, herbs, or a sandwich, this knife is a kitchen workhorse that’s easy for beginners to handle and experts to master.
3.5" Paring Knife
From peeling and cutting small fruits and vegetables to deveining shrimp, our paring knife sets the bar for precision performance. Short on the blade, but long on capabilities, it puts total confidence and control in the palm of your hand.
9" Honing Steel
Keep your edge with a HexClad honing steel. It’s perfectly normal for premium steel blades—even ones made from Japanese Damascus steel—to feel less smooth in time. Occasional honing helps realign the microscopic ‘teeth’ of the knife edge for optimal cutting performance.

Cleaning
Hand wash with a gentle dish soap that is free of bleach or citrus extracts. Rinse and towel dry immediately.
Storage
We recommend that you store your knife in a wooden block, in-drawer knife tray, sheath, or knife case.
Seasoning
Wash with warm soapy water, rinse and dry completely. Then apply a small amount of food-grade mineral oil to the board and let sit for a few hours to absorb into the wood before using.
Cleaning
After each use, scrape food particles off your board or plate before washing both sides with hot, soapy water and a clean sponge. Pat dry immediately with a clean towel or paper towels and stand upright on your kitchen counter to dry completely. Do NOT put it in the dishwasher. Do NOT use bleach, which could stain wood and dry it out. Do NOT leave the board or plate soaking in water. Do NOT store in high-humidity environments, which may cause warping.
