Promotion Period

The Back to School subscriber promotion is scheduled to run from August 7, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET until August 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (the "Promotion Period"), unless ended earlier by HexClad. HexClad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, subject to applicable law. Purchases must be completed within the Promotion Period to qualify.

Eligibility

This Promotion is available only to subscribers of HexClad's Canadian email and/or SMS marketing lists who access the Back to School collection page via the designated private URL distributed through HexClad's email or SMS communications.

  • This Promotion is available exclusively on HexClad.ca and applies only to purchases made through the HexClad Canada website for delivery to addresses within Canada.
  • It is not valid on any other HexClad regional websites, third-party retailers, or marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon).
  • Participants must be of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of purchase.
  • The Promotion is not publicly advertised and is not accessible through standard site navigation or search. The private URL is intended solely for the recipient and may not be shared, posted, published, or distributed. HexClad reserves the right to restrict or revoke access, cancel orders, or void the Promotion for any customer where the offer is accessed or shared through unintended channels.

Offer Details

Eligible customers will receive 20% off select HexClad products featured within the Back to School collection during the Promotion Period.

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Discounts are calculated from HexClad Canada's MSRP prices.
  • The discount is reflected in the promotional prices displayed on the Back to School collection page and applied at checkout with code HEXSCHOOL.
  • The Promotion applies only to products included within the Back to School collection page at the time of purchase.
  • There is no stated limit on the number of eligible items purchased per order, subject to product availability; however, HexClad reserves the right to limit quantities at its discretion, including where purchases appear intended for resale.
  • All products are available only while supplies last. Products may sell out before the Promotion ends.
  • Promotional prices apply only during the Promotion Period and will not be applied retroactively to prior purchases or honoured after the Promotion ends.

Exclusions

  • The Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional codes, discounts, bundles, gift-with-purchase offers, or site-wide sales, unless explicitly stated by HexClad.
  • Shipping fees, applicable taxes (including GST, HST, QST, or PST as applicable), duties, and any applicable surcharges are not included in the discount and remain the responsibility of the customer. Taxes are calculated on the discounted purchase price in accordance with applicable law.
  • The Promotion does not apply to prior purchases, or products not featured within the Back to School collection.
  • HexClad reserves the right to add, remove, or exclude specific products or SKUs from the Promotion at any time at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

Orders placed under this Promotion are subject to HexClad Canada's standard return policy.

If a product purchased as part of this Promotion is returned, the refund amount will reflect the promotional price actually paid, not the product's regular retail price.

Pricing and Errors

While HexClad strives for accuracy, pricing, typographical, or system errors may occur. HexClad reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed, in which case any amounts charged will be refunded.

General Terms

  • This Promotion has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged, resold, or redeemed for cash or credit.
  • HexClad reserves the right to verify eligibility, refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities where fraud, misuse, abuse, resale activity, or unauthorized access to the Promotion is suspected.
  • HexClad reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to applicable law. The version of these Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of purchase will govern that purchase.
  • The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation, including, for residents of Quebec, the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec). To the extent any provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with mandatory provisions of applicable law, the applicable law will prevail.
  • If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • These Terms & Conditions supplement, and are governed by, HexClad Canada's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which apply to all purchases made on HexClad.ca. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the Terms of Use with respect to this Promotion, these Terms & Conditions will control.
