Preheat the oven to 350°F. Scatter half of the chips in a HexClad 4.5 L Hybrid Deep Sauté Pan. Spoon half of the pizza sauce and half of the salsa over the chips. Sprinkle half of the pepperoni, olives, jalapeños, and green pepper over the chips, followed by half of the cheeses. Repeat with the remaining chips, toppings, and cheese to form another layer. Top with more pepperoni, black olives, jalapeños, and bell pepper.

Bake until the cheese has melted and the edges of the chips are starting to brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle the basil over the nachos and serve with guacamole and sour cream, if desired.
